Ian Minter Architects provide advice and guidance to clients, designers, and contractors on their roles and obligations under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2014.
We can also act directly as Principal Designer on projects where it is appropriate to do so, or as Sub-Consultant where the appointed Principal Designer feels they do not have the relevant knowledge, qualifications, or resources to properly carry out the Principal Designer role.
We also deliver user-friendly talks to clients, designers, or contractors introducing CDM 2014, outlining the principal Regulations and the responsibilities of each party, presented in a light-hearted but informative way.
Talks are delivered at clients’ place of work or other venues of their choice, and can be delivered out-of-hours where necessary.
